The person we are today very much comes from the experiences we have gone through in our lives. Some experiences can have a profound effect on our emotional well-being. In order to achieve full and happy lives, it is often necessary to deal with unwanted emotions.

In hypnotherapy, the client can be gently guided to investigate any difficulties, to see them through a different perspective if necessary, and be allowed to let go of any feelings that may be blocking the pathway to good physical and mental health.

Problems such as anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and sexual difficulties, and panic attacks, all respond well to hypnotherapy.
